House Rules

We are happy to welcome you and pleased that you are spending your holidays at the Stubenhof in our holiday apartments.

In 2022 our holiday apartments were modernised and lovingly furnished with your comfort in mind.

If you require something for your holiday home or need help, please don’t hesitate to contact us. This is the only way we can quickly rectify any problems. Feel free to use everything belonging to the apartment and the outdoor facilities, unless marked differently.

We ask our guests to treat the apartments with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the house rules. If you have any questions, we are of course happy to help you. Best regards

Arrival and departure times

The holiday apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10am.

Bathroom

To avoid limescale deposits, we ask you to remove the glass partitions in the shower after showering and also ventilate the rooms sufficiently. No hygiene products or waste of any kind may be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet.

Damages

We understand that accidents do happen and sometimes things get damaged. If this should occur, we ask you to please report the damage to us immediately. The guest is liable for damage up to the amount of the replacement item.

Bed linen and towels

We provide you with a complete set of bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay. Should you stay longer, a free change of towels is available for each additional week. If you want a change of towels in between, this is possible at any time for €5 per person.

Smoking and open fire

Smoking and open fires are not permitted throughout the property. For barbecuing, please use the available barbeque area.

Final cleaning and handover of the apartment

Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of the final cleaning are included in the flat rate. This is calculated at a standard cleaning rate. In order to ensure the standard rate, we ask you to consider the following before checking out:

1. The apartment is to be handed over in a clean condition
2. Stripping the beds and linens
3. Empty the fridge and leave no leftovers
4. Dispose of the rubbish in the bins provided (waste separation).
5. Put the washed and dried dishes in the cupboards provided

We reserve the right to accompany you in the handing over of the apartment. If we notice particularly heavy soiling on or after your departure, we will charge you for the special cleaning costs of €50.00 to €150.00.

Quiet Time

At the Stubenhof there are a total of 8 apartments. We ask you to limit the volume in the apartments and on the courtyard to room level between 10pm and 8am.

Pets

Animals are not allowed in the apartment or in the house.

Sustainability and due diligence

When leaving the apartment, please switch off all electrical devices as well as the interior and exterior lighting. Please turn off the outside lights when you sleep.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. 

Domiciliary rights and dismissal

If the rental conditions are violated several times, we reserve the right to enter the holiday apartment and to immediately and unilaterally terminate the rental contract. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the rental price.
